Policies

Every appointment that is booked will require a 50% deposit, this is done through our booking partner Fresha. This will be redeemable against the colour service.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. If you cancel within this time period you will lose your deposit and rebooking will require a new deposit.

If you do not show up for your appointment you will lose your paid deposit, this ensures the staff and business do not lose out.
- 04
As much as we love them, unfortunately the salon is not a safe environment for young children. There are multiple hazards in the small space, including sharp scissors and chemicals - we don't deem it as safe.
If you wish to feed your child during your appointment please talk with your stylist so that they can best inform you of a suitable development period for this to happen.
